Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain skincare and cosmetic products must remain in their original sealed packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all protective seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
